For example, the Nam-gu District Council has installed the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts. A special committee should have a specific period for operation, which can be extended through a resolution of a general meeting. There should be one chairman for a special committee, appointed by a mutual election and reported to a general meeting. A vice chairman can act on behalf of the chairman of a special committee if there is a temporary vacancy.
